Due to the tight schedules, the various different companies involved and numerous trades working in parallel in the same areas, it is inevitable that people get in each other's way.

Tidiness and cleanliness are important productiveness factors in this respect. If the waste management logistics are not well-organised, this leads to significant costs later on, for example through delays, shifting and tidying work, justified obstruction notices or non-sorted waste and increased coordination efforts for the individual trades.
